based in Passais La Conception which is within a beautiful rural area that is at the heart of the Poire region
in Normandy, France.
The beautiful location is perfect for a relaxing holiday, a short break, an
overnight stay or just an excuse for a round of golf or
spot of fishing. If hunting for property you will find us an ideal place
in which to base yourselves while you search.
We have
accommodation to suit all requirements from Bed and Breakfast rooms to a 6
double bedroom Gite.
Building Services
We offer a highly
professional service to meet all your building and renovation requirements.
Whether you need a new roof, windows, doors, floor, electrics, plumbing,
dormer window, loft conversion or floor laying, to name but a few, we can
deliver. We are a mixed English and French building team and have over 30 years of experience gained in both the UK and
French
building environments. We employ dedicated and skilled English and French
specialists in all areas of building.
With both English
and French speakers within our team you will benefit from the knowledge that you
will be able to clearly define your requirements without the hassle and concerns
that you have managed to get your requirements across proficiently and that you
have been understood.
As a fully
registered building company we offer a 10 year guarantee on all our work and for
restoration where you qualify, we will be able to charge our work at 5.5% TVA
instead of the standard 19.6%.
We
strongly believe in building a personal rapport with our customers to develop a
better understanding of their requirements and expectations. We offer quality
workmanship, coupled with value for money.
