We have been involved in a number of building projects ranging from the very small home maintenance to full building restoration.  We pride ourselves on delivering qualified builders, building to the highest standard of workmanship to meet your requirements - some of this can be seen in the transformation of the property below:

Le Marais La Chapelle

We have undertaken a number of building tasks at this property, including installing windows, doors, electrics, Velux (sky light) windows, ceiling joists, under floor damp proofing and concreting, repointing in lime, structural landscaping and fitting of a fosse septic.

The house has been disused for over 50 years and had no windows and very rotten doors.	All the old rotten doors have been replaced and normal and Velux windows fitted.	After 50 years of rotting the ceiling joists collapsed under the weight of mud floors above.	We secured the cross beams and fitted new joists ready for the  wooden flooring.

We also laid damp proofing and screed for under floor heating throughout the ground floors.

After laying the damp proof membrane and concrete layer a 80 mm layer of insulation was laid.	Over the insulation the pipes for the under floor heating were laid in loops.	Over the piping a floor layer of 65mm screed is carefully laid to provide a firm base for the tiles.	The screed has benn finished and is ready to be tiled.
