We have skilled
tradesmen coving the following trades and skill areas:
Plumbing:
Whether minor maintenance or full heating and water installation we can deliver.
We can advise on boiler sizes, heating requirements and design and fit the full
installation. We can also provide and/or fit under floor heating.
Electrics: We have a
skilled French electrician in our team, fully versed in the French electrical
design regulations. We can undertake anything from adding in an extension
to full rewiring. Remember the French regulations are very different to UK
regulations and you cannot put UK wiring in to your French homes.
Carpentry: We can
meet all your carpentry requirements. From door frame to porch, from
Joists to complete floor laying, whatever you need we will deliver.
Masonry: We
provide all services from general building to a complete extension. We have a
highly skilled and dedicated mason who will re-point to the highest standard.
All out work is cognisant of the local building style and material.
Roofing: We can
provide all roofing services from complete re-roofing to repair, to fitting
Velux or Dormer windows.
Septic Tank installation:
The new regulations for septic tanks are very strict. We can take you
through the process with the minimum of fuss. We can arrange the site
survey and design, getting authority from the mayor, and have the Fosse fitted
and checked.
Heating: We can
advise and design your system from new or provide you with an up grade or
extension.
Plastering: Whether
you need dry lining, standard plastering or lime rendering, we can supply.
Tiling: We can meet
all your tiling needs whether floor or wall. We can source the tiles for
you or fit self sourced.

work for 10 years from completion.
